Our Work

Waste is often dumped in landfills, water bodies, or illegal burn sites, releasing dangerous toxins into the air, soil, and water. We intervene at the source, ensuring waste is collected before it causes irreversible environmental damage.

Multi-Layered Packaging (MLP), found in snack wrappers, detergent pouches, and food packaging, is one of the hardest materials to manage—often ignored and left to pollute ecosystems. As one of our key projects, we actively collect MLP waste and supply it to industries that can upcycle it into sustainable products.

We believe waste should not be discarded—it should be transformed. Through our partnerships and initiatives, we integrate collected materials into the circular economy, where they can be reused, repurposed, and reimagined.

While MLP and paper are our core focus, we recognize that Karachi's waste crisis involves a much broader range of materials. That's why we are expanding efforts to handle plastic waste, glass, metal scraps, e-waste, and even textiles—collaborating with specialized facilities to ensure each material is directed to the right place.

Our work thrives through partnerships with manufacturers, recyclers, NGOs, and government stakeholders. Together, we design end-to-end waste solutions that not only clean the city but also support innovation, jobs, and a greener tomorrow.
