Rescuing Waste
Restoring the Planet

At Project Eco Saathi, we prevent harmful waste from polluting the environment by giving it a second life.

Meet EcoSaathi

At EcoSaathi, our primary goal is to clean the environment from harmful waste that would otherwise be dumped, burned, or left to pollute natural ecosystems.

We are not just waste managers — we are environmental advocates, fighting to protect our planet from the devastating effects of improper waste disposal.

We specialize in collecting various types of waste materials free of cost. One of our major initiatives focuses on Multi-Layered Packaging (MLP) waste — notoriously difficult to manage. By working with businesses and manufacturers, we ensure all collected waste is repurposed into innovative, sustainable products instead of harming the environment.

Our's Story

It all started with a question: What if waste wasn’t the end, but the beginning? Walking through the streets, we saw plastic waste everywhere — clogging drains, littering parks, and floating in the sea. It wasn’t just trash; it was a reminder of how much we take from the earth without giving back. But where most saw a problem, we saw potential. What if this waste could be reshaped, reimagined — turned into something strong, useful, and long-lasting? What if plastic, the very thing harming our planet, could help protect it instead? That’s how EcoSaathi was born — not just as a company, but as a movement to turn waste into wonders. For us, sustainability isn’t a trend — it’s a commitment to proving that the future can be built from what we leave behind. At EcoSaathi, waste isn’t the end of the line. It’s the start of something better.

While our mission is clear, the path to a cleaner, greener Karachi is not without obstacles. Every day, EcoSaathi confronts multiple challenges that test our determination and push us to innovate.

Challenges

Waste Segregation

Lack of Waste Segregation

Most waste in Karachi is discarded without proper separation. Recyclables, organics, and hazardous materials are often mixed together, making collection and repurposing far more difficult and resource-intensive.

Awareness

Public Awareness & Mindset

Many individuals and organizations are still unaware of the environmental consequences of improper waste disposal. Changing mindsets and encouraging responsible habits requires ongoing education, outreach, and consistent community engagement.

Funding

Funding & Resources

As a growing initiative offering free waste collection, maintaining operations and expanding our reach depends heavily on partnerships and sponsorships. We’re always working to secure the resources needed to keep our mission moving forward.
